Entrepreneurship Has No Age Limits.

Entrepreneurship has no age limits.
Anyone, regardless of age, has the ability to start a business and become an entrepreneur. One of the most important things you must have to be an entrepreneur is a dream (vision) and this has no age limit.
Age is of no consequence when looking at becoming an entrepreneur. Dreams and the burning desire to achieve them are the main traits. In addition, you should be persistent and not be afraid to fail.
“Remember, the greatest failure is not to try. Once you find something you like to do, be the best at doing it.” ~ Debbie Fields, founder of Mrs. Fields Cookie’s
But why failure?
Entrepreneurs learn from failures.
Fear of failure, the lack of perceived security and stability are the main reasons some would rather live in mediocrity rather than embark on an exciting entrepreneurship adventure.
“When you reach an obstacle, turn it into an opportunity. You have the choice. You can overcome it and be the winner or you can allow it to overcome you and be a loser.” ~ Mary Kay Ash, founder of Mary Kay Cosmetics
The Internet has leveled the playing field and opened the doors for more people to freelance or be independent contractors. I for one, in the last 24 years have worked as an independent contractor for 21 years and would not have it any other way.
The reason for the growth in this type of work is because companies want to generate more profit, so they turned to outsourcing jobs where they do not pay benefits, pensions and medical costs.
Today it is possible for an individual to become an entrepreneur by providing information. The skills and knowledge you acquired while working for other companies is a valuable asset. By taking these skills and focusing your energy on being “the expert” in your field, is a source of providing valuable information, is an excellent way to build trust with your audience and pre-selling your products or services.
People are searching every day for quality and relevant content. By providing lots of it we can prosper as an entrepreneur.
So, where do I go to see if there is a need for type of business?
Good question. The Internet, professional magazines, friends, past employers and the list goes on. Anyone, regardless of age, has the ability to start a business, become an entrepreneur and/or affiliate marketer. But not everyone has the burning desire to try and accomplish their dream(s).
Entrepreneurial dreams do come true for those who take action and are willing to learn from their mistakes.
