I have found that when I get rattled about how things are going I am better off to go for a ride on my bicycle, enjoy the surroundings and just chill out. Some days I am gone for 10 to 20 minutes or others it is 30 to 45 minutes. I usually come back with a clear mind and some times work out the issues that had me boggled down. DON’T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF.
