Tool Time
Whether you work online or have a JOB you must have the right tool(s) to do your job.
Tools include more than just equipment. As Leaders, we must give our people authority and responsibility. We must also give them the tools/resources they need. Giving people responsibility without resources is like asking someone to operate a computer without a screen.
Tools can include:
· Cheat sheets
· Instructions
· Books
· Tapes
· Professional conferences and more
If we want our people to be creative and resourceful we need to provide resources. We must be willing to spend money on things like books, webinars, tapes, CD’s, training, etc.
